If you wish cancellation of the order, previous to delivery, please let us know, either by contact form or by email, to cancel your order.

If products received do not completely meet your expectations, please inform us on the eventual situations and confirm your intention to return. Returning items within 14 days after receipt confirmation is to be done using the original (protective) package to provide integrity of the item. Please see the delivery address on the site, and send us the item(s) together with a copy of the invoice.

Upon receiving the delivery we will confirm it and return the paid amount or replace it if your option and the availability allow this, within two working days.
